Creating steps to weight loss success
I watched an episode of the Oprah Winfrey show about a woman who lost over 175 lbs, kept it off for seven years and gained it back. She said the reason she lost the weight was to please everybody else, although she wanted to lose the weight she never felt she did it for herself. She is currently reading the book "Women, Food and God" by Geneen Roth. I recently purchased the book to get some insight on my own life and my struggles. I believe that in order for us to totally be successful in losing weight we have to first know the reason we want to lose the weight. That is one of the steps towards success.
